I told Tim the server that the burger was dry and over cooked. The burger tasted very dry and not appealing. I tried to cut the burger in half it was difficult. The burger was well done, cold and bun hard. Well, that was wishful thinking to get a burger cooked the way I want. I requested that the burger be juicy and decided on medium. that comes with mash potatoes and gravy, and vegetables. Our server was Tim and he was friendly and took our order. It was about 12 midnight and this Cafe stays open late. I was with a friend at Penchenga Caino and looking for a bite to eat.
